This Momentopia Brooch was made from silver and old camera lenses.
I colored the backside of the lenses with black and silver. By colouring the lenses, they were no longer transparent, instead they began reflecting the light like a polished stone. Each lens has it ́s own original coating; it could be a hard coating, UV coating, non-reflection coating and so on and depending on the angle, the surface coating generates different color reflections.

Photography is a moment and creates a new world, which has not existed before.
The lenses have seen eras and moments. They’ve seen a lot of happiness and also sadness. When I imagine this, I begin to fantasize about all of the things lenses have seen.
