Slow moving - 3

Room 2603|Acrylic on canvas 20x30cm 2016

The name of this collection is derived from a sense of speed felt by my body. It focuses on moving scenery, comparing to the fast-moving cars and trees by the roadside when I sit in a motor vehicle. The vast ocean seems to move in slow motion. My work also meditates on the man-made conveyance of tubes. The crossing landscape contrasts with them naturally. I present the intertwined imagination of these differences: city, society and nature
