Red, Yellow and Blue: Ocean

Room 2002|Oil on canvas 33x28cm 2016

The idea of this creation was to explore the rhythm of colour and discover its poetic interior. Harmonious music is composed by the combination of different notes. The rise and fall of the tones evoke a graceful feeling within the listeners. The lines, shapes and colours can be seen as musical notes, the painting as a visual language.

The main idea behind this ocean image is addressed by three colours: red, yellow and blue. Yellow light and blue water sparkle over the red coral, combining harmoniously to form a symbol of the ocean.
