Kaohsiung,the sea

Room 608|Oil 27x35cm 2016

The life of fishing village is very simple, the most common thing is watching the sea. When I was a boy, the primary school was on the hills, from there, look down on the fishing port, it's crowded with fishing boats, including my father's. In the class room, when look out, it's the boundless Pacific. The smell saturated in the air is salty, which I was familiar with the most, and it also made me feel secure the most, too.
