Live Near The Sea

Room 806|Oil painting 27x35cm 2016

In this country, Kaohsiung is a port where masses of cargoes go in and out. In contemporary visual vocabulary, this subject of painting largely expresses the meaning of times, and is naturally inclined to realism. Moreover, it is apt to idealize the reality. So, the painter makes this work in highly photographic color and form and, with rational attitude, depicts the port faithfully, by which he also highlights the life of present people.
